Dr Jan Rosenow

Jan has dedicated his life to creating a sustainable and efficient energy system, starting at the age of 8 when he founded an environmental group in his hometown. For over two decades of his career, he has worked tirelessly as a policy advisor, consultant, researcher, and volunteer, focusing on the transition to clean energy. He is currently the Vice President and European Programme Director at the Regulatory Assistance Project (RAP), a global organisation of energy experts that helps governments develop effective clean energy policies.
 
An accomplished academic, Jan has contributed extensively to energy research. He is a research associate at Oxford, Cambridge, Sussex, and FU Berlin. His scholarly work includes hundreds of peer-reviewed articles, technical reports, and opinion pieces on energy and sustainability, which have been widely cited and used to shape policy discussions.
